For Your Tummy

You know when you wake up with a food hangover... you over eat and wake up the next morning feeling guilty and with an upset tummy...well don't you worry!!! I have the remedy for it ;)
1/4 ripe papaya stoned and chopped
2 slice fresh pineapple chopped
150ml pineapple juice (KDD)
1 pack of activia yogurt
put all ingredients in a blender and Whizz!
Makes about two glasses...you can add ice if you want
or place the juice in the freezer for 30min before you make
the smoothie.
Pineapple and papaya are rich in antioxidants and contain
digestive -system stimulating enzymes.
