So what have I been cooking since Ramadan started? Actually nothing from scratch ;p I'm just being plain lazy.
I got some frozen ravioli from Marks & Spencers.
Put them in boiling water for 5 minutes and they're ready
Slice some mushrooms and onions, cooking them with a little bit of heated oil until soft, and then added Ragu's cheesy Sauce, a little bit of pepper and a tiny pinch of salt et Voila!!!
Garnish with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley
Honestly?
Divine!!!

ur a genius! i do the same thing hehe well la sometimes i cook zay il nas and other times i take short cuts like crazy :p

The Mozzarella & Roasted Tomatoes is sooo delicious...I just went there and grabbed me some more ;) Oh! and I got the Tomatoe and Aubergine sauce which I'll try in a couple of days!
