Back!

I know I haven't been posting much lately. Since my return I've been swept in a whirlwind of work and family obligations. Even my besties are complaining they haven't seen me since my return. The craziness of the "New Season" has started earlier than usual. When I say "New Season" I mean by the season when the weather starts to warm up and the demand on ice cream increases. Not that we haven't been doing well in winter, al7amdullah, even when the weather was cold we've been selling ice cream. Thus, inshallah we'll be introducing an array of new flavors, new products and themes at Gelato Italiano. So I hope beyond hope everything will go on smoothly and as planned. The boys have been occupying the second half of my day. Abdulaziz has a new teacher, only this teacher has started the curriculum from the beginning because after giving them an assessment test, they were not within the required level. So go figures! What level was he expecting when the class had three different teachers and I do not know how man substitute teachers from September to December. And my boys lives has been disrupted from my absence. Not that my sisters didn't do a great job, but they didn't follow the rules of the daily routine and everything was in a mess when I got back and took me almost ten days to get them to get used to my drum beat. Yes, I'm a tyrant! I've been reading a lot. By the end of the day, when the boys are tucked in bed, and I reach the "tetnee7" level, the only way I de-stress is by opening a book and get sucked into the story I'm reading. I've been reading a lot of business books too "yuck!" only because Fahad scolds me and says I do not read things that would benefit me. I've been reading a lot of posts from blogs I follow, unfortunately there is something wrong with my computer which is preventing me from posting any comments on some blogs. I need to get it fixed. Inshallah after the break. So I hope I'll be posting more in the next few days.
